Local Delivery

Cost - $5 (Free for orders over $100) 

Local Delivery is available for any addresses within 25km of our Melbourne base.

The estimated delivery time for local delivery is 1 - 3 days. 

Sendle and Interstate Delivery 

Cost - Automatically calculated at the checkout based on weight and destination. 

Orders within 25km of Melbourne CBD will usually be hand delivered by VIINO, however in the instance that we are unable to complete the order ourselves it will arrive via sendle. 

All interstate orders are handled via Sendle. 

Once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive a Sendle tracking number. 

Urgent same Day Delivery

Please email hello@viino.com.au and we will try out best to fulfil urgent same day delivery at a small cost.

Local Pick Up

If you require same-day local pick up, please place this in your order notes and contact us via email. We will liaise with you to confirm where pickup is possible and that your order will be ready for your arrival.

Gift Wrapping

We offer free gift wrapping + place your message in the delivery instructions section and we will hand copy it out onto a gift card.
